TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Access to and use of the website www.creatingbags.com (hereinafter referred to CREATING BAGS or “Online Store”), as well as purchasing their products are subject to acceptance by the user of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE. Make sure that you have carefully read all the TERMS before making use of the services offered on the online store.
The TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE may change over time, it is recommended that the user access to all the same before you proceed to make a purchase. In the event of any change, CREATING BAGS will notify the users via Newsletter or other equivalent means.
1. REGISTRATION OF USERS

Internal label with the client's brand and composition data, and maintenance: the cost of this labeling can calculate it in the part of add-ons.
Internal label no-brand "label, neutral", with data composition, and maintenance: this cost can calculate it in add-ons.
The containers are generally sold without any type of internal label so that it is the sole responsibility of the client to proceed to the labelling, legally established, being totally exempted the company Creating Bags of those containers that the client does not label on the basis of the legal obligations and has been informed on the basis of these conditions of purchase.
5. GOTS CERTIFIED
The customer should ask to Creating Bags that the cotton with which it is going to make the body of the container chosen is manufactured with GOTS Certified. In the invoice then it will include the Transaction Number from GOTS Certified provider of the material, not the packaging manufactured by Creating Bags.
The request for the client to require the organic cotton must be performed just at the time of placing the order by mentioning it in Comments of the order, or prior to payment, not being valid to do so at a later time. Any request that is made after having been made the order cannot be modified and will be performed with the commonly used materials for Creating Bags.
The material with GOTS Certified will be used for the main part of the product, this may contain accessory parts that are not to be of this same material.

CREATING BAGS uses a secure payment gateway with encryption of the payment data. Therefore, CREATING BAGS will not keep in its files the information concerning the data card used.
In the use of the debit card/credit the user confirms that the card used is yours or has been duly authorized by the owner for its use. Transactions with credit/debit card will be subject to a security check and validation by the issuing entity. In the event that the issuer of the card refuses the transaction, CREATING BAGS will not be responsible for delays or cancellations of shipments.
The prices of the items applied in the online shop are represented in EUROS (EUR) and include VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) applicable. In the case of Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and the Canary islands the shipment will be made DDU by which the prices of the items will be invoiced without VAT pursuant to Law and you will be responsible for the payment of any fee or applicable taxes. The prices of the items entered are valued in EUROS. Payments and refunds for all shipments will be made in euros (EUR). If your credit/debit card is not denominated in EUROS, the exchange rate applied to the corresponding bank according to the market exchange rate.
The orders of customers who make a purchase from the European Union will be shipped under the terms DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) which means that the final prices include taxes and applicable duties. If the shipment has been made to a country with applicable tariffs (for example, the case of Switzerland, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary islands) in the case of a return, the processing costs and the tariffs will not be refunded. 8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 3 days from the receipt of goods at our warehouse and after checking that the product has been returned in perfect condition. All items must be returned in perfect condition without having been used, and with bags, boxes, labels and original packaging. If the returned item has any damage the acceptance of the return may be refused.

STATE OF THE PRODUCT
For the return to be accepted by CREATING BAGS, it must meet the following requirements:
That the product is returned in perfect condition, and without its use has gone beyond the mere checking of the good state and functioning of the same.
